Armand's is a must go in Cambodia. It is not overly expensive (30+ usd for main meal dinner) and filling. Most of the beef selection is excellent while the bruchetta and French onion soup is surprisingly exceptional. Call before hand to check if they are open.

Very good restaurant, french inspired, really enjoyed the variety of steaks, and they offer meals wish I could of had, like Australian lamb chops. Staff and waiters are efficient and polite. however, only offered one dessert and don't understand why in an enclosed restaurant with air con they allow smoking.. on our night there was only one smoker and was at the other end, but it still put me off enjoying the wonderful food.. they would have more customers if they stopped smoking inside.. it's not illegal but restaurants in most countries don't allow this as it affects the whole dining experience.. it is 2017, it's not the 80's where smoking was allowed in most places

If you are looking for a french high quality restaurant then visit Armand's Bistro. The service and the food is simple excellent. The staff are very friendly and try to fulfill every wish you have.
