The hotel is beautiful, the service from all the staff is incredible. I have never experienced such excellent service before, anywhere. I would never consider staying anywhere else in Siem Reap. The room was immaculately presented.

Decent hotel, hopeless internet. Lots of Chinese tourists, so the breakfast is catered primarily to them with some western items available.

The hotel is big and welcoming , but the rooms are regular sized. Clean and very polite staff. We didn't eat in the hotel except for breakfast which has a big spread.

    Room: Nice and big.
Bathroom: Very good with good water flow.
Bed: Big but could have been more comfy. Didn't enjoy my sleep.
WiFi: spotty and didn't work well when you were in bed or close to the windows.
Breakfast and Room Service: Breakfast was great. Room service was ok, needs more options.
Location: close to the airport but not to the main sites and the town. For this reason, I would recommend something closer to them and not this one.
Other: Staff were generally good to deal with. Light switches in the room need to labelled clearly and ordered in a more intuitive way. I spent all four days trying to get used to them but couldn't, too confusing. We were there over New Year's Eve and had a bad experience due to a misunderstanding which started things off less than ideally but otherwise it was alright.

Very nice hotel. Loved how they have a lounge for night time flight passengers, which even has super clean shower booths. Nice.

Worst experience possible! This hotel is a shambles! Facilities extremely poor and outdated. Hotel is hugely overfilled by Chinese tour groups, no space anywhere. They have about 10 chairs by pool and likely over 100 rooms. Same situation in restaurant.
    Stay away at all cost!
