My friend's father had an eye infection. We called the clinic at noon and was booked for an appointment at 2pm. After 1.5 hours struggling through the traffic, we received the text that we can come back the next day. This poor man had to go back to his village before dark and we had to scramble to find another clinic. Please be ethical in your practice! Let me remind that you have ethical obligations to your service users!
