  Two days ago I took my 3 year old little tabby into your clinic to be neutered. Two hours later your vet called me to say she was dying. I rushed to the clinic but by the time I got there it was too late.
  
  Her name was Kitty and she was the best friend I have in the world. The doctor told me that she had reacted to the anesthetic and that they tried to revive her with adrenaline.
  
  I didn’t see any heroic efforts of the staff to try to save her, and I don’t even know if the anesthetic was administered correctly. When I checked online today I see that deaths for cats from anesthetic is only 1 in 1000. I brought her in strong and energetic. I can’t believe she was so unlucky.
  
  When I arrived there didn’t seem to be any urgency to save her. I was petting her thinking that she was still asleep but in trouble. I asked the vet to check her heart rate and he told me what had died.
  
  The doctor looked so young I thought he was a trainee or an assistant, but he said he was the head vet. He said he did everything correct and that they never lost a cat before from this, but I don’t know. I don’t know if Kitty was given too much anesthetic, and when her little heartbeat slowed down too much I don’t know if anyone was monitoring her. I don’t know if she was given adrenaline on time, or for that matter if nobody even noticed until she was gone. Whatever the answer you have robbed me of my best friend.
  
  I found her as an abandoned kitten when she was about three months old. She was the happiest, kindest loving little cat I have ever known. She would wait for me at the door when I came home from work. She would follow me everywhere I walked in the house. She was very timid and afraid of everyone and everything in the outside world. I was her protector, and she trusted me completely. Even when I took her to your clinic she trusted me that I would protect her.
  
  Now she is gone and I am devastated. My happy home is now only an empty apartment to go back to at night. All the happiness she brought me has now turned to pain. When I sleep I dream of her last moments when I left her with you. I trusted you with her care, and now I will never see her happy face again. She trusted me completely and I can not live with the thought that I took her to you and I didn’t protect her. I am broken.

  It was a Sunday evening and my pet rabbit was very ill. I was trying to find vet clinic that had emergency hours to help me. PPAWS advertised that they give emergency help outside of hours on their website. I called them, obviously upset about the condition of my pet, and was told by the member of staff, "Sorry, I can't help you. I am going to go meet a friend." I was so upset by this response. Don't advertise that you help outside of regular hours and at least direct me to another clinic that does. I don't understand how a veterinary clinic can give that response to a pet owner in need.

  I'm a person who loves and likes the animals. I like touching, feeding, bathing, and playing around them. I can't even look to people who hurt the animals. Everytimes, I'm riding on the streets, I've seen many of abandoned cats and dogs, they are very thins, starves and dirties. Meanwhile, I really want to help those animals and adopted them, but my family aren't allowed me to adopted any of animals, because they don't like pet, so I do what I can, by often bring some foods and water to feed them on the public. But nowadays, I feel so glad to this organization that trying so hard to help and save the animals' life in Cambodia. The Buddha will blessing for your generously and I hope I could reach ur place on someday as soon as possible. 🐕🐈🐾

  The vet is super kind. The place is clean and charges are not too expensive. Highly recommended.
