The mall located on the lake of Boeng Trabek (In the past). We can find everything of foods, fruits and vegetables here. There is a condominium being constructed in front of the plaza and expected to be finished in 2020. There is also a wet market around the plaza.

There is a big Karaoke for Khmer and foreigner especially for Chinese visitor. In side the mall there are no much thing to buy.

The vegetables and fruits outside are definitely worth mentioning, as they're good and much less expensive than at for example the Russian market. The few shops inside ate quite pricey I've realized and not all too special, but okay.
