Restaurant *always* took at least an hour, no matter the meal. Breakfast is almost entirely starches (cereal + bread + potatoes + porridge + yams + yucca + more bread). Service was extremely slow and inattentive. TV in the room gets 4 channels. Rooms are nice. Gym is nice. Wi-Fi is spotty. If you're not planning on eating or watching TV during your stay, this place is a good choice.

Not a classy place but it can do
We've been there as a family a couple of times.
You can watch a football match through one of their many screens(yes they have DStv)!
Don't think tourists would mind the place
The standards are above average

The hotel layout isn't much to talk about When I enter a hotel the first thing one should see is a reception But it's down the hall like some lodging..
Invest more in ventilation at the breakfast area.
The only person who seems to know their job is the restaurant supervisor Get more training for the rest of the staff.

But the local delicacies is what saved the day.

Very good affordable rates clean nice rooms quiet rooms depending on which side your room will be located. This is the only flaw. Kitchen has nice tasty affordable meals and a well to do bar.

Proximity to the road is great.
Customer Service from staff is good, although food orders take a bit of time but do a pretty good job.
