Everything was awesome except for the hot tub in the penthouse ufuoni. Water was dirty with some tiny red worms plus the foam jets are very loose. Otherwise my room was awesomely great, the bed was magical.

The place is great.
Very big rooms. We were supposed to stay here but was told the pool was out of service which they didn't say over the phone(main reason why we wanted to stay was coz of it, with kids and all), sauna wasn't working too The environment is nice though. Good place

I was staying at the pent house and it was terrible. The water heater wasn't working and we ended up taking cold showers because all attempts to repair were futile.
The roof was leaking in water when it rained into the bathroom.

This is a very good place in a convenient part of Nairobi. The staff here is warm, friendly and very helpful. The suites are very luxurious and homely at the same time. It is also secure making it good for a family. Even if you're not a resident you can access the restaurant and that is a plus.
