Rooms fine and the rate reasonable. Staff can be slow at doing most things. Especially kitchen staff who took over a half hour to make eggs for breakfast and there was only three people waiting for breakfast (the other two had been waiting longer than me). Please get your staff to be understanding the meaning of time - perhaps buy them watches.
