It is lovely and serene, great parking with a supermarket and a cafe.

Good office building with secure parking spaces. Some of the offices have good views looking into the Nairobi national park. Toilets are clean and the corporate ambience is good. Is easily accessible from Mombasa road. There a nasty jams in the evenings from 5pm to 8pm.

Well constructed commercial building with excellent security. The Property Manager, Mr. Chitvan Jani is very courteous & attends to tenant & visitor complaints quickly

Very accessible to Mombasa highway to the Airport and to Nairobi City centre. Ample parking space.
