good service particularly from the elderly nurses not the slay queens in the maternity unit no offense intended.However, they a few under the carpet tactics that they use to delay the patient when they realize that your NHIF card has good cash according to their assessment particularly from resident doctors such as Nobert Kafindo
The female security personnel at the gate and in the wards need to be taught some customer service.
the maternity beds are hectic for the pregnant women you need to upgrade to the new electric and adjustable beds not the metallic ones currently in place kama zile za highschool dormitories.

The hospital is clean good service and the rates are affordable, they also have a dental unit. They have in and out patients.The hospital is at a place called makongeni phase 10. From Thika town find a matatu at stadium just opposite white line bar. Take the posta or madaraka market matatu or Landless and alert at polysack cross the road walk 100m the hospital will be on your right.

I was made to wait for 3 hours.the receptionists at the hospitals can not direct patients in the direction .they ask you to sit and wait that a doctor will call you in and three hours later the same doctor who had sent you away claiming she is not the right doctor attends to you.
But thank you staff in weight and height section on 6th September 2016.

Worst experience ever receptionist and doctor in consultation 2 up your game.
