The workers are very rude especially reception

I went there to take my baby and I was under nhif cover at the time I did not have a hard copy of the principle but a soft copy I did have the copies of the rest.the receptionist there refused to have my baby treated I went home luckily I found one so I returned to the hospital .I had been to the same hospital two days a go so iwas sure the had the same copies that close by.what made me mad was that the patient who came after me under rhe same cover did not have a single document not even an id yet was treated.the most distubing part was that the receptionist since I didnot have the card number with me went to where the keep the nhif looked for mine and wrote the card number.I was treated yes as that receptionist was giving me medicine igessed she was handing both she told me make sure even my neighbor has those copies.

Wow the place is so good when it comes to services workers are so polite it is a place to go for your health issues
