Lack of proper communication and professional ethics, attitude from staff is worse, customer service is poormatrons in charge of departments need to mentor and train all the young doctors and nurses. Few have a heart beat for service provisions and well being of patients.

The hospital has very poor services. Drs, nurses, students all of them have the same attitude they have no time for patients. The hospital is very dirty especially in the maternity wards , they don’t open windows, it smells like something rotten. The cleaners are not left out . It’s like hell on earth.

Very poor services from the doctors. I went there two days, and two days i went home without results. Doctors in room 32 work with other staff to ensure friends are treated first. For the two days, i arrived at 7:30am and i was among the first 20 but left in the evening without results till i gave up. One functional doctor dealing with over 100 cases at the same time. Changed my nhif facility, never going back there.

The hospital is not so good.i have my pros and cons. Will start with the pros. Security guys are very very helpful, for first timers the waiting bay is so efficient with seats everywhere and treatment costs are fair.
For the cons; the x-ray section should do something about the waiting area. The place deals with ultrasounds for expectant women, digital x-ray for patients with broken limbs and there are also loads of old patients requiring one form of x-ray or another. Add more seats there even if it's on the sun. And also ensure that those calling out names are audible so that watu wakiitwa wasikie. Then the doctor's at casualty are very cold, they don't even look at you when telling you what should be done.Finally the toilets are not cleanresponse / report this review -
