Amazing place for sundowners and relaxing while watching wildlife slowly walk around. Feels like a hotel far from the city's madness. Food is great in good portions the cocktails are a must. Or a glass of your favourite tipple

I give it five 🌟. The location is next to the Nairobi National Park which offers a good view of the city. One is able to enjoy the Kenyan meal which is sumptuous as always as you listen to soothing music. It's a pace worth visiting.

Nice place to relax beside the city national park. Birds, ostrich, buffalos and on rare occasions lions can seen as you fine. Comfortable facilities for conference and accommodation.
    Great weekend hideaway

This is one of the best hotels on your way to the airport. it is an ideal location especially if you are doing your day activities off town or on your way to out town like kikuyu and all the places the southern by pass connects, you can beat traffic in no time. The prices at the hotel are cheap as compared to the class of the hotel. I would love to spend my time here. nice car parking within this location.

Awesome place.. but you need to improve on your welcoming of guests. How do you let a guest drag his own luggage to his/her room in a 5 star hotel!! The receptionist only handed over the room's entry card & directions then proceeds with her other work!! Am still in shock!!

Its location is great for tourists because it's close to the airport, along Mombasa Road and Southern Bypass. The view to the national park while enjoying your meals is priceless. It also has great conference rooms for meetings, events, and training.

Pleasant views of Nairobi national park make this a good spot for a sunset drink with friends. It's location on Mombasa road also makes it a good spot for travellers to relax while waiting for a late night flight out of Nairobi.

Service is slow though and prices are hotel prices (relatively high).

Lovely ambience. Lovely views. Great music. Hell of a coffee lounge. The steakhouse serves ridiculous portions and crowds steaks with paraphernalia and diversionary food. A steakhouse is a place for all-out meat lovers, not vegans in carnivorous disguise.

A good place off the hustles of the city. The entrance is however a little bit hard to locate from the highway. Their meals are really nice and the big five restaurant is a nice place to hangout. There however isn't much wildlife to see from the restaurant. The Chivas bar stands out as it offers a calm place to relax owing to it's seclusion from the larger part of the hotel

Great ambience, with close proximity to the airport and view of Nairobi national park. However not very good conference facilities. Access to the hotel is quite confusing after construction of new bypass road.

Very good hotel and park view from the hotel room is awesome. The breakfast menu is very elaborate and options are more from Indian to Continental. The service level has to improve.

A true five star with a beautiful view of the national park. The food is amazing! Located on Mombasa road so it is a good stop to or from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Very impressed by the security in place going into the hotel right from the barrier/ gate to the doors. The artwork inside the lounges should get a special mention. Two thumbs up

Enjoy the view of the National Park while you have a meal at Eagles restaurant. Staff are courteous and there's more than enough parking.

I've been a faithful customer for over 6 years and have not had any run-ins. The one time i had an emergency cancellation, no considerations were given or even a no-show fee was charged. But instead i was charged for a full night and no refund. This is pretty terrible considering that my company has exclusively stayed at this hotel whenever myself or colleagues were in town.

I'm very disappointed and I urge whoever might wish to stay at this hotel to be wary of their terrible customer service.

Amazing sunset view. If you're lucky you can see a few wild animals. They can do so much better with the placement of the signs that show you how to get to the location.

One of my favourite hotels in Nairobi. With a wonderful terrace overlooking the National Park, you would think you are in the Savanna. Great food, and good service and atmosphere. Positive experience in general.

This place is ever an out-of-this-world experience. Watching the sun go down from the vast balcony or by the swimming pool overlooking the Nairobi National Park is simply therapeutic.

Good good, a good view and perfect location. But the front desk and booking is very slow and inefficient. Half of the waiters are very slow, so make sure you did a good one. Otherwise your dinner will end up taking forever.
