My TV recently went black and I could only hear the sound and not see any pictures. I googled and I realised it was a simple backlit issue. So I took it to sumsung service center.
They never got back to me three weeks later so when I went there they told me that the repairs would cost me Kes 78,000. The same amount I used to buy the TV 5years ago.
I took the TV to another specialist and we opened it up together and we realised the original screen had been replaced with a damaged one and that true to my research we
also found four damaged LEDs. That's all they had to replace.
I want an explanation to why they took my original screen and replaced it with a damaged one. And I want an immediate replacement.response / report this review -

Very slow. I do not recommend anyone to go here in the near future. They also never pick calls at all. So what is the essence of customer service if they cannot pick customer calls. Very dissapointed.

Absolutely terrible customer service, especially Patricia at Two Rivers Mall. We ordered a washing machine that was confirmed to be delivered at noon. They screened my calls when they knew it wasn't going to be delivered at noon. When I finally reached them from another number, at 1 pm, they said the truck had left for the 15 minute drive to our place. They didn't show. When I reached them at 2 pm, Patricia claimed the drivers truck had broken down and that is why they didn't come. When they finally showed up at 4 pm, without apologizing, they said their truck didn't break down, they we're just running late. Terribly unprofessional liars. I strongly do not recommend shopping from this store.
