I got my Mate 9's cracked screen replaced at this centre. Turns out it was a fake/counterfeit replacement.. the screen could not regulate light even on auto setting, and the worst of it, after two days, it cracked again.. while inside my pocket! Very disappointing

Update: i contacted the centre as they suggested and with Ernest and Patrick managed to work on and sort out the problem - to my satisfaction. Thanks for your quick response and caring about your customer

Visited at 11.30am on 16th july 2019 with referral from safaricom Bururu. Referred to Ezekiel.
Stayed up to 1.15pm. Short brown Lady at reception knows nothing about customer care. After keeping my phone for 1.45 hours a man appears to ask me what the problem was! The reception dumb person never explained that I could not complete parking fee payment via *235#. Useless huawei customer care centre at Harambee Avenue Bharati house. They now tell me to go and backup my data as they will install new soctware. A BIG MISTAKE TO BUY HUAWEI. Avoid their mobile phones.

I went to the service center at cambrian house Moi Avenue. Worst decision ever. Took my p9 for a screen replacement. Everything else was perfect, apart from a slight Crack on the screen. 1. Spent 5 hours at the center due to noticeable issues after replacement
2. Had just replaced my battery a month earlier but after the screen replacement the battery discharges like an old worn out one
3. My mouthpiece could not work. I could not communicate
4. They used a non original screen therefore my favorite knuckle gestures could not work anymore
5. My phone network signals were wrecked. No service now indicates even in areas I used to get 4G signals seamlessly

The customer service there is beyond unprofessional. The guy at the reception is clueless and the technician(s) at the back office have poor workmanship and ethics.
Why pay a premium at the official service center then get your premium device wrecked with reckless abandon?
Ps:in my 5 hours waiting, the trend applied to 3 other customers. They bring their device for a service, their device develops other complications immediately after.

It's a good place waiting times aren't that bad security check is ok the staff are helpful but they somehow managed do damage my device more instead of fixing it that part I didn't like at all So be careful

They have good services. The staff attend to customers immediately. Little time is taken to repair your phone though if the problem is complex more time will be used (Improve on that)
Keep track of your stock, there are items out of stock every time I visit the place. Otherwise it's the best place to service your Huawei Phone.
