  Safaricom is in the business of reaping people. You pay 112.00 for withdrawing 10k. Pay 300.00 for withdrawing 70k. That is outrageous. The government must regulate.

  As expected poor customer service. Didn't get helped when i visited there. The girls are friendly but i ended up being given the phone to call customer care from there. What a joke right?

  Useless people with no common sense when it comes to customer service ! People please go airtel or another safaricom shop where they don’t have staff that treats long term customers as baboons !

  The Safaricom shop has a lovely ambience,seats for customers,a ticketing system that enables you know exactly how long you will take to be assisted.The operating hours work very well for those who want to pop in after workit closes at 8.00 pm.I quite liked the service,it was timely and friendly.
