The staff were friendly and went out of their way to watch out for my children especially my toddler(who kept trying to get everywhere ha ha). We enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel overall lacks what you would expect from a 3//4 star hotel. Variety of drinks at the bar were poor,and worse still the quality of food that was served was unbelievable. Lacked variety. For the price you pay, this was a hotel of poor standard.

The name Sentido no longer exists. Now it's Neptune Beach Resort, Mombasa, Kenya. Situated in a quiet place with unique atmosphere and white sandy beach in Bamburi off Malindi new road.
