Lush, green environment, the animation team works very hard and is the most engaging I am yet to see, fantastic with the kids too. Good variety of food, customer service is top notch and the rooms are spacious enough. The WiFi can be made a bit stronger especially in the rooms, and the bathrooms could use some sprucing up. More waiting staff are needed too, especially at the pool area

December vacation was lit. Nice location, peaceful and elegant. Nice rooms/accomodation.
Beautiful scenery below a cave.

Their meals seemed to lean more on Vegan, but they had all types of food nonetheless.

The hotel looks very nice from the reception to the rooms, the rooms are so clean and their bathrooms are super tidy with working showers. They have several huge pools that are clean, their food is also superb and in plenty. I cannot forget to mention the staff who were very helpful always, their service was just the best. The hotel has a beachfront that's very clean and you can enjoy morning walks there.

A calm place. The food is okay. The staff is helpful and friendly. Room cleaning is a bit slow and below what you would expect for the price. I encountered a towel that had smells of someone else ( my nose is powerful). My dropping it on the ground made it disappear and a box of facial tissues magically appeared on the table. I got the message

A relatively affordable hotel with access to the beach with the most amazing sunrises you'll ever see.

Amenities are good, especially the pools.
WiFi was strong in the rooms.
Food is good.
Staff are friendly.
Rooms are a little dated but still pretty good. Just confirm with that you're getting one with a fridge and robe (if that's important for you)

Would plan a stay here again.

This is a cool resort with a beautiful seafront. Customer care is outstanding. The place is quite clean and the meals are delicious. Rooms are comfortable and air conditioned. The ambient is just great with well kept lawns.

The grounds of the resort are lovely. Wonderful pool and the beach is amazing! When the tide goes out you can walk out on the sea floor and find fascinating sea life. There is a gym and spa. Family friendly. It was very quiet during a long weekend in mid-January making it a perfect relaxing mini-break.

Very nice place, the staff are great and make you feel comfortable. would like to appreciate particularly Christabel Imali who was really kind to us and showed us around when we checked in. she made sure we are very comfortable and well taken care of. it's experienced like this that make you want to visit a place again and again. looking forward to coming back.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Msa especially where it's located it's cheaper than the rest around there
Right from the gate to the reception it's beautiful The reception area is airy and well lit at night
They have a variety of food to pick from and their buffet is still delicious especially breakfast options..
The staff are attentive and considerate
The place is also suitable for a PWD(Person living with Disability)
The swimming pools are beautiful.There is a play area for children.
The rooms are old school though

Staying from Dec. 31, 2016 to Jan. 04th, 2017 at Emrald Flamingo Resort was disappointed for me. The bathroom was a disaster, shower licked all over the floor, toilet did not flush, the water in the sink had no pressure (a string of water was coming out), flies were all over the resort (restaurant & room), beach chairs all rotten, beach towels holes & torn and no Wifi. However the staff were helpful and polite. Food was fairly good considering all flies. Emrald Flamingo Resort is a 2.5 star hotel and not worth the price I have paid for this room. No apologize from the hotel for this bad room and bathroom. Very disappointed.
