Terrible hospital. They have a tendency of frustrating patients who've been discharged to effect another night in the hospital bed. Billing office has unprofessional staff and jokers. They will literally take you in circles and giggle when they see frustration. Pathetic souls. I would commend Dr Peter very professional. On billing be ready to be charged sh2500 for Doc services when all the doctor does is say hello. An audit is strongly required for this hospital.

Worst healthcare attention I have ever received. Everything was just terrible from the triage, consultation (the doctor was so much in a hurry that she was literally chasing me out of the room), lab (waiting for results for an hour only for me to ask and I am told they are ready, like no one bothers to inform you anything). My first and last time.

My friend was admitted to this hospital and it took them 3 day to find the right physician.. all negative comments coming from this hospital, they should improve!!!

I had a close friend admitted at this facility. He had blood transfusion done at this facility. He started complaining saying he feels someone else. After being discharged, he stayed for two days and passed on. It was so painful on our part. Just kept wondering if they preserve their blood well.
Not secure - in patients mobile phones are stolen when a patient sleep. Its terrible because it happens during lunch services.response / report this review -

Lot of patients are dying from septic shock post surgery, wonder if proper hand hygiene is practiced. lost my dad 2 weeks ago. Something preventable. Very poor, won't recommend.

The hospital service is pretty good, nurses are friendly no place to eat within the hospital since the cafeteria is under renovation.
