Terrible service! I went for an urgent test on saturday. The receptionist at the insurance registration desk, Muli, treated me like i was such a bother to him. Very rude and unprofessional. Spent the whole day there from 11 to 5pm.The doctor was very helpful and Empathetic. Its now wednesday and my lab results are not yet out despite promises to have them by Monday afternoon. Mind you, this is for a test that takes 3 hrs in any other hospital.

Worst Ever Service!
Very disorganised customer service, you wait a whole day to have a simple lab test done.
The staff at the counter have no idea what they are doing and are mostly running around looking very busy but nothing is getting achieved. Their attitude is also something else.
Can't you have better queue management, more informed and knowledgeable staff?response / report this review -

Very very disappointed by customer care, kept waiting for 5hrs n they are soo daring to lie daylight.every time I ask what's up-only 2clients r ahead of u yet am seeing what's happening, either they r working for commissions or bosses'.I pray for u to work to glorify God. The radiography section Oooh is this a public hospital? Waiting for 2 hours and I was the second to arrive! And this was the second day!such poor service in a private entity I would not recommend anyone to visit!

Waste of time and money.Queuing the whole day with un attended sick kid.Poor customer service from reception.No one bothers to direct you where to go and when.Come tommorow for your lab results is the order at every visitation to the facility.Poor services leading to total disappointment.

seems to have great equipment and services offered but the sitting and waiting if you make an appointment you think that makes a difference.. it doesn't.. Mother in law (elderly) has been there 3 times now, all times booked and appointment and almost 1.5 hours after the appointment time still sitting waiting to have her MRI scan done.. even after she arrived half an hour before her appointment time.. and this is a repeat scan as the initial wasn't done to the doctors needs.. improve your staff services and delivery times !!!

Run as part of the larger Medanta group of India, this particular hospital branch offers a wide range of services including but not limited to general physician services, lab tests, opthalmology clinic and cancer treatment among. The fees are also not exhorbitant and the service delivery tends to be quite fast.

I went to Medanta Westlands for am MRI but was so disappointed. I filled the NHIF form of which I was to be called after they got a response from nhif.I waited for days and got impatient hence had to go there enquire what was not happening. The reception guy told me they had gotten my response and were to call me which I doubted.
To cut long story short they told me the MRI are two instead of one hence had to pay extra 15,000 for the other MRI since hid approved one. I could not believe since it was indicated a spine MRI then how can you have two and the procedure is one.After visiting Whig offices they told me that is how they do to get extra cash I was so disgusted and even doubt if the results are genuine.
They told me they will hold the other results unless I pay the ,15,000Ksh.
The doctor had written spine me MRI with emphasis to Lumbar and thorax but to them they were two MRI'S.
They are so money oriented and commercial be warned.

Friendly staff..and that's all they can offer. How can a major hospital on a major highway lack a resident othorpedic surgeon.Yoh have the guts to tell a patient with a broken leg to come back tomorrow after consultations and x-ray.. No painkilllers .

Very poor services especially at the reception. I took my mother at the Westland branch and we were kept waiting for 3 weeks before they could send a request text to the NHIF so as to receive an approval text yet we urgently needed an MRI scan.Surprisingly they haven't sent the request till to date and when I call them all they do is give small excuses that don't help at all.
When you visit the receptionist all they say is that they have sent the request to the NHIF branch yet when you follow up it's a lie.Why lie to patients!!! You are dealing with people in pains yet you ought to do all things in a mediocre way.I'm not impressed by your services at all and warn your receptionist from lies.I don't know whether I'm the only one who has experienced these treatment or it's something that happens to all who use NHIF cards.I can't recommend anyone to you.response / report this review -

The coordination from reception to the pre checks to doctor to pharmacy is not the best. Also not having a doctor and a pharmacist from opening hours doesn’t help much.

Took my mum there sometimes back, ok we had to wait the whole day and beg for the results since it was our first time there and had to travel upcountry. kindly could you give the results the same day? The charges are a bit fair compared to other hospitals. ok i can recommend anyone who is willing to try it out. Staff wise, they are very friendly and willing to assist anytime approached. The Asian staff please smile a little bit and be willing to assist when approached. Hii safari twaenda sote.

A clean and neat facility that is generally good to patients paying cash. However, they treat NHIF patients like unwanted refugees. The wait time is normally on the upwards of four hours. Be sure to carry something to snack on cos there's no ready shop or canteen.

Went for an MRI and had awful experience at this facility. It is crowded and their services is shockingly slow in that you can spend whole day waiting for the service and once your films are ready they tell you to come tomorrow to pick the report for the same. Cannot recommend this place especially to clients travelling from outside Nairobi.

It is just not right for a patient to wait a whole day, come back the next day and you have to queue again just like yesterday. Once your ticket number is called you are told, you are already in the system please wait to be called. If my details are already there because yesterday I registered it means you should give priority to be served before those who came in today earlier than me. Why should I wait? You really need to review your customer service policies. That is not right. Besides that the queues are extremely slow. I have noted a whole hour gone before the next patient is called in.
