Good hospital but something is still not right here.I don't know of it's the doctors? or the whole place needs overhaul because the number of patients complaining about this facility is overwhelming. I think Nairobi County should do a fact finding and restore people's cofidence on the facility.

Place was pretty quiet, very clean and well-ventilated with friendly personnel and relatively quick service (queues were not too long). I however give it 4 stars because I couldn't get some tests done due to shortage of reagents.

My first visit to the hospital contradicted the views I had heard of it. I liked the service especially in the hands of one Dr. Gichui who went out of his way to explain some things to me. I think that on a good day one will receive un-exaggerated diagnosis from there unlike in some other hospitals I know. I was glad to notice most of the staff are young people which certainly helps speed up the process as there are so many people in need.
