  We had a car booked in Nairobi for 3 days (a Toyota rav 4). we were driving our selves and as it was our first experiencing diving in Kenya we ordered an SUV. when we got o the airport a guy from another company was there to give us our car. we go the car which was in a fair condition but needed much work it was also a very older model than we expected for the price we paid. the owner never wanted to confirm the model. it also had a very unpleasant smell. we drove the car for 2 days and then for some reason due to a faulty fuel gauge we were stranded at a client. how embarrassing!! after more than an hours wait the guy finally pitched up with some fuel and to our surprise it still would not start. we were then driven to a nearby garage were we received a Toyota Prado. the air-con on the Prado sounded like a 787 taking off when it was put on so we had to drive in the heat for the last day we were there. we were requested to fill up the car we got after our car broke down with no proof of how much it will be. we are now struggling to get both the invoice and slip from the owner after numerous attempts to reach him he said the driver we used (which we did not have) is in Mombasa and he can only help us when he is back? cheaper is not better, rather fork out a bit more and get a decent car from a trusted firm. very disappointing.

  I got great service with Nairobi car hire. Mr Nicholas Was at our service and he took care or me and my family. He is reliable and he got great customer service. My holiday was over and my family was happy. I hired a 7seater and we really enjoyed. This is a company i will use when i need a ride.Thanks Mr Nicholas.
