Such great customer car especially from top officials.

Watch out for their discounts, they come as a surprise - when you least expect. You might not even notice until you're given some balance back haha.

I'd give the fifth star if they'd offer delivery services. Second, keep customer updated on what is going on in the 'background' - get them to understand and feel the service they're being offered.
