Not a hotel, it is an apartment. It had a TV, but there weren't any channels on it and they said that they had WiFi when they didn't. They advertised that breakfast was included in the stay, but when we got there, they said that you had to pay for it. Also, the mosquito nets were too small for the beds, so all night I had to keep adjusting the net so mosquito's wouldn't get in. Overall, this hotel was very bad and I would never stay at it again.

Horrible. Didn't pick us up. Hotel was full after we spent close to an hour driving to it. They moved us to Nairobi Rest House which was great. Had a fee more people in our group coming a week later. Canceled their reservation before 48hr mark. Were told refund was being put on credit card it never happened. They have stopped answering the phone or returning emails. Don't waste your time.

This hotel is a sham! They took my money and left me stranded. I arrived at the airport and they did not show up to pick me. When I got my own taxi to try to get there, it took me hours to locate it in a very remote isolated location. Only to realize it is actually a construction site, being renovated/constructed. Totally unlike the pictures you see online. Finally, I had to look for another hotel and they refused to refund my money!! A word to the wise!! Stay away if you can.

The staff is friendly, but the facilities are not near what we expected. It is a big apartment compound, not at all like a hotel. The apartment felt a bit sterile not as comfortable and nice as we expected. If you are looking for a "western" style hotel, you might look elsewhere. If you just want some place to sleep, eat, and have internet and tv, it's a good fit. The airport pick up was prompt and the driver was great. Food was pretty good and prompt.
