Beautiful and pricey hotel in Meru Town right next to Nakumatt Meru. 3 star standards and has a swimming pool. Expansive gardens and large kitchen. Very modern finishes and clean facilities. Suitable for business travelers who do not want to compromise on comfort and hygiene. Must visit hotel in Meru County.

The manager (as of 16/09/2017) is a bit of a dunce. Apparently, he doesn't care about customer complaints and even challenged me to go ahead and report it to the owners. I wonder which school of hospitality bred him.
For that, and despite the fact that I have a standing reservation every weekend, o wouldn't touch the place with a ten foot barge pole.

The rooms are clean and spacious. They also provide a kettle to brew some coffee or tea Meru is cold and the hotel bedding is warm. They have a shoe polishing machine all for free.
