Things look very different from the ground. The processes are very slow.
Employees are not friendly.
Toilets are not clean, no toilet paper,no disinfectant.
No toilets, no sensible shower.
Babies need a clean environment.
The food such as breakfast, lunch & dinner is limited.
Tell your family to bring you food and clean water.
Hospitals make a lot of sales, where's the money. I am not satisfied.
And I have to pay for that.

Pray God that you never get admitted to the hospital. The process take hours when nobody is attending to you The staff are slow and unfriendly. Wards and meals are not fit for patients. The last place I would recommend to anyone.

This hospital is okay. I would give it five stars but the slowness is on a level of its own. It's very clean and security is top notch. There's lots of parking available.
The staff are polite though they have to deal with impatient patients rightfully so. They really are slow.
The doctors and nurses are pretty good.
They also have an Eye Clinic which only takes NHIF for civil servants and KPLC staff.
For maternity, they accept NHIF inpatient cover and Britam.

The service is slower despite the new building. Guess they should just move to the old building.
