Our family visited Mara Engai during last week.Our experience was abolute beyond words.Since the moment we arrived and the owner himself fetch us and took us"home"- as the welcome greet was given- we were treated like royalty.Nothing was too much for the staff to make our stay unforgetable.They friendly were always nearby to attend to any need which may occur.So very polite and respectfull in all their ways.The food was outstandingfull marks for the friendly cheff.The rooms were modern and very comfortable but still reflecting the honesty of nature. Much attention to detail is present.The view is breathtaking.To sit on the balcony and overlook the Mara is soulfood.Full marks for such an awesome team who gave us the privilege to be part of the Mara in their own special way.We wish to go back again to visit the pieces of our hearts which we lost there.Wonderfull placewonderfull people!!!!

Mara Engai is truly exceptional inside and out. From the staff to the facilities, everything was excellent. We had a group of 12 and each of us were treated so wonderfully. The staff goes above and beyond for everything. The drivers are experienced and ensure you have a memorable game drive no matter how far in the bush the lions are! The tents are outstanding with comfortable beds and an awesome shower so you really feel like you’re on vacation. The location is great and most of the kills and the big 5 were nearby! Extra perks include hot water bottles in your bed and complimentary laundry :) a huge thank you to the Mara Engai staff for the amazing hospitality and experience, and an extra shoutout to Sylvester, Selian, Abraham, David, Ben, Millie, Latif, and Joseph for going out of their way to make our experience special.

I wish there were a special category for places that deserve a 6th star
The staff is the key to holding the fort together.
I would like to say a special thank you to Junior, Silvester, Bonny, Millie and Elias.The other were of course also great but these few were the ones who touched the heart.
The rooms are lovely and the food was the best I had amongst the 4 hotels I stayed across Kenya.

Beautiful location and lodge however the staff and service are exceptional! Staff go over and above to make you feel at home and my family and I stayed here as part of a wedding party and everyone could not praise the lodge, luxury tents, food and staff service enough. Very happy to have stayed there , amazing views and their viewpoint lunches and breakfasts are amazing ! I will definitely be coming back to stay longer!

We stayed 2 days while on safari in Masai Mara national reserve.
Great accomodation, on the top of the Great African Rift. Really peacefull and cozy.
Really nice food and staff.
I need to adress special thanks to our beloved guide Salim, who made everything what we could so we could be satisfied. Whatever happened he reacted to our needs with great patience and knowledge.
We rode great truck: Pinzgauer truck made for Swiss army. Car is invincible, and great attraction itself.

Seriously a unique and fantastic experience.. 5 star food, Great sleeping arrangements the most friendly staff I have experienced in all my travel. This place is a must visit Keep up the great work
