The shop said to collect at 4 and specifically asked that we shouldn’t bother them earlier. They also confirmed they close at 7. When we showed up at 6 they were closed and no reason why. We travel at 6am tomorrow and we don’t have our clothes and they are not answering the phone. Totally unprofessional
