This company does excellent work. They came on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I had some bad coffee and wine stains, which they thoroughly removed. I had one strain that I didn't even know the source of and they removed it. My carpets are clean and smell wonderful. They were very nice people and I will definitely hire this company again!! with the whole job done by Michael. It was well worth every cent.

I've used Green Carpet Cleaning Kenya on 2 occasions to clean my second floor and stairway Berber carpeting.
It always looks like new after they've finished. They're courteous, fast and thorough. Dickens
is very pleasant to work with and has cheerfully accommodated my schedule changes. Highly recommend!

Had Green Carpet Cleaning& Allergy Kenya come out to clean a couch that has been heavily used over the last two years. There were a number of stains including gum in several places. The owner and his son came over at exactly the time promised and worked on it for an hour. They were very pleasant and professional. The next morning I noticed that some of the gum stains were still there, although less noticeable. I hadn't noticed when the fabric was still wet. I called Green Carpet and left a message. I assumed that would be that. There are some stains that just don't come out. However, the next morning he texted and asked if he could stop by to work on it some more. "He didn't feel good about not getting it just right." After another 15 minutes or so, he showed me the couch and it was perfect! Excellent customer service, attention to details, and great follow through. Highly recommend.

Had my sofa and love seat cleaned this morning and all I can say is "WOW." David did an amazing job. They guys were courteous, friendly and very professional. My sofas look and smell brand new. William from Green carpet cleaning came to clean our carpets. He came with a small backpack size cleaner, we live in apartments on the 2nd floor so it was nice to not have to figure out a way to get the big tubes coming from a van downstairs up and inside our apartment. It also shows how significantly less water is actually used to clean the carpets with steam cleaner. I think that's why stains show up days later when some other companies come because when they are done the carpets are still soaking wet and you can't tell yet.
He was fast and professional and didn't try to up sell anything at all I paid exactly what was quoted online. When he arrived he also asked Mattresses we agreed to give it a try.it was amazing . I really appreciated that!
I would recommend their services and will use Green Carpet again. Best carpet cleaning service experience I've had

I found Green Carpet Cleaning&Allergy Kenya on Google and didn't plan on choosing them first place I called, but the guy was so helpful on the phone I decided to just try their services. He cleaned my car so well- let me know he cleaned every single crevasse there was so there were no spiders hiding anywhere. And he got all the raid smell out. Incredible! Even gave me tips on how to avoid any spiders in the future. He also got our car seats detailed because my daughter spilled a soda in the back seat. They vacuum the seat the suck the spill up with their machine and then steamed it with a dry steam while I waited and it's as good as new.I also like there idea of using non chemical way to clean my car interior as am also allergic the company i used before had left some soaps scums they eventually cleaned them all. That's excellent service so they get 5 stars from me. I did not expect any detailing shop to be so nice, helpful and considerate.
Price was also reasonable. I will definitely be call him back if I need my car interior be done again Kudos to you guys.

Good services,I am very impressed with 'Green Carpet cleaning services' !!. Victor, is very kind, courteous and professional.
I don't typically use 'mobile car interior cleaners', but I needed a car upholstery cleaner, and he was there.
Because of how good my van seats looked after he was finished, he will be getting my business from now on.

David came by to clean our sofas which ere very delicate and dirty.There ere some old odor that they were able to sanitize using steam and deodorize. I would highly recommend this company.

Perfect Service.
We needed to get our carpets cleaned on our stairs, hallway and 2 bedrooms.
The stairs were pretty dirty from walking in from the garage and in from the rain, etc. There were a few black stains from tar and grease. Our bedroom had a small splotch of green paint and we also have 2 cats that bring in dust and dirt from our outside patio.

After the cleaning, our carpets look brand new again! The stains are all gone and the job was quick, the guys were on time and were very nice.
They explained all of the equipment and how it works and did their job in about an hour.very quick dry.
and all was well.We were and are still very happy with the results even almost a month later. I will use them again for sure, probably next summer.I really love the way they are using non-chemical way to clean our carpets and Rugs.My hubby William was very happy with their work.

Amazing, Affordable and Handled my Issues.

My new house that I am renting had previous renters that had a dog and a cat hence it was left with a horrible cat pee smell and wet dog smell. Apparently the carpet cleaners prior to my move in claimed to have cleaned the carpets - I think not! On the carpet was a pet deodorizer (chemicals) that left the carpet wet for almost a week. I have a crawling baby! So here was my issue.

- BAD Pet Smell
- soapy chemical left on the carpet
- crunchy nasty carpet
- and we were starting to have breathing problems

I did my homework calling all the popular cleaners telling them what my issue was but when I got on the phone with Fredrick from Green Carpet it was like she knew what my problems were and was confident they could help me.

The two men who came out to clean the carpets (literally one day later) were extremely helpful- knew my issue and took the time to get it right. They even showed me all the soap and pet hairs they pulled out of the carpet! Amazing Job! Yes they are all family and take their business seriously which made me feel better. I was so comfortable with them I left and went back to work before they finished. I even hired them to do my house that I had moved out of!

I highly recommend GREEN CARPET CLEANING and I will be using them again! They were affordable - for the job!

VICTOR called 45 minutes before they left to let me know they were on their way. I had never used Green carpet cleaners previously and used other local vendors for my apartment units in Nairobi

I was skeptical given that I had hired 3 different carpet services over the past 5 years and none of them could get the wear pattern out of my berber carpets. The tenant that moved out also contributed spilled coffee and rarely vacuumed her apartment during the time she lived there.

Victor dry vacuumed the entire apartment and pre-treated the wear patterns and stains. They then went to work with their steam vacuum. As they ran the vacuum down the carpet, you could see the difference in color. Dirty grey carpet adjacent to the brilliantly clean carpet surrounding where the vac head had just been. I swear it was like magic!

The traffic pattern ground into the carpet was lifted away..this after 5 years of other cleaners trying to get it out. The coffee stain..gone! What an amazing job they did. But it didn't stop there..

At the end, when I was happily writing them the check I saw Victor cleaning out the steam-vac filter..which they do after and (sometimes) during every service. I couldn't believe the piles of hair and dirt that came out of the filter. Victor used both hands to scoop out the filter, several times. Gross..but impressive! I was amazed that ~800 sqft of carpeting yielded so many handfuls of filth!

Awesome upholstery cleaning! I called around noon and got service the same day. The guys were thorough, professional and fast!

My 8-year-old cream-colored couch had never been professionally cleaned. It was dingy and dirty and had enough dog hair in it to build a whole new dog. The guys at Green Carpet brought it back to life and it looks nearly new!

Highly recommended! Well worth the money!
