  Kept on saying they would collect my laundry, no show at time agreed. Rang again to ask where they were and again they said they were on the way. Rang them again and they didn't pick up. Completely unprofessional. Had to do the laundry myself. Don't use these guys. Waste of my time

  They were unable to clean my carpet a basic plain colour cream carpet even after complaning severally and making many phonecalls my carpet came back dirty each time they took it to clean eventually I just accepted that was money gone down the drain.I was very very very disappointed and will never use ur services again the least you can do is when ur bringing back a carpet your supervisor should atleast assess it this one didnt even need a second glance to see how dirty it still was each time it came back
