It was a great stay indeed! Received an upgrade to stay at the Kiboko Luxury Camp! Great Staff especially Anne at the restaurant. Check in was fast and the receptionist was ready to receive us , having already printed our check in form. I didn't need to be told who the manager was, I just saw the man that had the hands on job checking all corners of the hotel to ensure that all was in place and I was convinced that he was the manager and on confirmation, it turned out to be true. All staff seemed to enjoy their job and service was timely including turn down service.
For the bird watchers, this is the place to be! several species!
For animal lovers, the resort doesn't disappoint as we were able to spot wildebeest, hippo, water-buck, zebra and monkey.
Ambiance at the whole resort is good including the tented camp where we stayed!
Food was great!
Areas of improvement : The speed boats could be modernized for a best experience during the water rides. The jetty too needs to reflect the luxury the camp comes with.
We didn't meet the ornithologist so had to depend on my bird knowledge acquired long ago when i frequented the Fisher-mans Camp.
Binoculars for hire could be a great addition.
Looking forward to staying with you again and definitely will recommend my friends.
