Great clean hotel. Right off the road

Usually I just post pictures of places I've been without much commentary but, I ran into a gemSo I've been to a lot of amazing places during this visit in kenya. I have to admit, the Astorian in Naivasha has been the closest to the standards we have come to expect in the US.

Over the years I've had a chance to stay in hotels in various countries, many cities and states in the US, this hotel is up there with Marriots and Hilton's in Houston, Vegas, NO, NY and San Diego. The food during lunch was probably the best I've had during this visit. Worth a stay if you happen to be in the area

Nothing out of the ordinary. Noise from trucks on the highway can be heard all the way so ask for a room at the far end

This was a great find. The rooms were nice with flatscreen TVs and high pressure hot shower. Excellent breakfast buffet with an omlet station.

Being here for the CapaBuil seminar, I love the experience. Astorian is so homey! Looking forward to a repeat visit. This is the place to be while at Naivasha.
