  I ordered flowers for my mother on Mother’s Day. The flowers fresh and stunning. The customer service was amazing very pleasant people to work. They are very kind, accommodating and very patient.   Jospah florist are the best florist I have ever used. Imagine I placed my order through there website www.jospahflorist and they delivered on time and flowers were very fresh and beautiful. They also gave us the flower food and tips on how to take care of the flowers. You guys you did a very good job.

  Second time I have used Jospah Florist, and based on these two perfectly flawless experiences, I can safely say without a doubt that I will not use another florist in Nairobi! I live in London, and I ordered flowers online on a Sunday morning, to be delivered to my girlfriend at her workplace that afternoon. Though I made a mistake in my order, Jospah Florist worked with me to very quickly fix it, and put a smile on my darling's lips. They are professional, courteous, friendly, and provide an amazing service in every way! I know that I can place an order with Jospah, and forget about it, because they will take care of it perfectly. Thank you again for such a great job, guys!

  5 star service indeed. Within 3 hours I was able to book my flowers and get them delivered. I was guided all the way through with warm and superb service. Photos were taken and shared with me before delivery and a smile was brought to my face. Comes highly recommended. I have never received such excellent service from an online florist before. Most definitely exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work.

  They have the greatest customer care I have ever come across from any florist shop. I needed to surprise a friend who lives in Nairobi and Phineas did everything for me. From the flowers to ordering cake, delivery etc..I live across the boarder in Uganda. Try these guys, you wont regret it. Thank you so much Jospah Florist. You're an incredible team!

  Sister was absolutely delighted with her 60th birthday flower gift set. She was in tears! Excellent service and high quality beautiful arrangement from Jospah. She was also sent additional care for flowers for longevity. Highly recommend Jospah. Will be using them again for sure.

  I am not from Nairobi or Kenya but I was able to buy flowers from them and they delivered the same to the address I gave them. The person who received the flowers was very happy and really loved the bouquet. I love their service and highly recommend them to anyone.
