I love the products they are very good quality , i love how the stuff is prompt and delivers fast from the young sales lady to the delivery guy everything went superb, the prices are also top notch and the carpets has served me well so far. These guys are amazing.. Very humble (from the boss to the employees) they will patiently give you time to choose the carpet or Duvets that you like and when you have paid and you think you are done Then they offer to deliver your items to your doorstep.excellent customer service, will definitely refer friends to them. 👌

I bought my carpet from sparkles they delivered on time and it has served me well months down the line, i loved the service the delivery guy mohamed was on time and gladly helped and Neria made sure i got what i wanted and was very patient despite my not knowing what I needed and doubts

We bought a carpet from Sparkles Carpets and their customer care was just amazing. We got the carpet shipped to us in Nanyuki - Laikipia County but the colour we chose on WhatsApp turned out not to be what we actually wanted; they graciously accepted it back and shipped a replacement the following day. And all the time keeping us updated. I would highly recommend Sparkles for your carpet needs!
