Seats are nice BUT the sound is just BAD watched Fast n Furious the speakers were so noisy loud had to leave within 20mins. Staff had nothing to say just clueless.

They have an amazing sitting area where you could chill as you wait for the queue to get shorter or as you wait for your the time your movie is meant to start and you could charge your phone while at it. They have good snacks and awesome offers during the weekdays

The visual experience is amazing but the sound quality has not been good any of the few times I've been there. The audio volume fluctuates alot especially during action scenes, and it can take you out of the movie at times.

Awesome place to hang out.. especially with company either friends or family friendly staff despite being quite a busy place great sound system hygiene is also top notch cozy place to hang out.. fair to a little bit high end on expenditure but it's worth it for the experience good lighting and very comfortable ventilation systemair conditioning system at the appropriate temperatures and very comfortable

Very nice and big screens. If you have 3D glasses be sure to carry them or you will have to purchase them for 300/-. They do not have rental 3D glasses; I would recommend they improve on that.

Best movie location around Thika around.
Well serviced and we'll coordinated.
However the different platforms for online ticket sales are not as well planned and one has to wait a while to validation and to finally be allowed in.

Movie snack options are also okay.

One of the better IMAX theatres. You would get better ratings if only you knew how to schedule your movies. 13th May 2018 - movie was meant to start at 10am and we are here waiting 30minutes down the line with no explanation!

Out of the way for most but great screen and enough space between the seats and the front that seating at the front is not too bad. The only problem is that their online booking system leaves all seats available so it is almost never advisable to try by tickets at the counter for popular movies

This is certainly the best IMAX screen hall in Kenya. It is spacious, modern and the sound quality is absolutely mind blowing. It gets really busy over the weekends so try and book early to avoid disappointment. I also noticed that it was clean both inside the hall as well as the lobby area and washroom.

Great movie experience, ambiance and seating. However I didn't like their ticketing style where you buy snacks with the ticket Theoretically it should be quick and convenient but realistically it's a total drag because it slows down the service. Better buy your tickets before hand to avoid the slow moving queues when its busy. That aside, its a great movie experience and it's affordable.

Awesome place. Excellent screen and ambience. They do not allow 3D glasses rentals like the IMAX in town so you have to buy a pair at 300. Factor that into the ticket price before you go. Also the service is a tad bit slow but that just might be my impatience talking :). Still, I loved it.

It has the best movie experience in Kenya in my opinion. The IMAX screen is massive, crystal clear. The sound is great and immersive. Seats are very comfortable too.

The movie experience is amazing. They keep time which is a plus for me. Buying the tickets and snacks on the other hand is a different story. They have enough tills but only 2-3 are open at a time.

The best IMAX theatre in the country. Watching a movie at this place is way cheaper than any other IMAX theatre. The customer service is superb and being an IMAX theatre I don't have to talk about the size of the screen and audio quality. Movies cost 800 shillings minus the 3D glasses which are purchased once. The 3D glasses cost 300 shillings and once you buy them they are all yours. The one thing I love with owning your glasses is that they'll be clean and without any finger prints. I enjoyed watching a movie at the theatre and I would recommended it to any movie going persons.

Very wonderful experience watching IMAX movies at Garden City. Staff very friendly, answer phones promptly for movie schedules, they make you want to go back every weekend. The theatres are very clean and comfortable.

Great viewing experience. The theaters are also clean and tidy. I just found a place to spend idle days. Just make sure to carry 3D glasses specific for iMax (they are similar to century cinema glasses). Ask the attendants if unsure.

In my opinion one of the best imax in Nairobi. Due to its location in garden city it is easy to access plenty parking. They have great offers in the morning. The screens all have pleasant viewing experiences and comfortable seats.

It's a nice place to enjoy movies either on 2D or 3D. There is a good feeling of visual and audio systems.. Real new technologies, Awesome snacks also available. The seating arrangement is perfect and very comfortable.
