This hotel is pretty cool. Located right in the CBD of Meru town, it provides a worthwhile stay location, especially when hosting a number of guests who may want to talk a walk around Meru town which is still bustling with life after dark. Very friendly and responsive staff too

Very cosy place in Meru town could be better the old part of the hotel has old rooms I guess it's about what your money can afford greatest Breakfast team a live sociable friendly at your service.. front desk could do better with giving out info. Not very friendly client care..could do better.

Generally very beautiful place, nice natural greens very relaxing but service is very slow especially in the restaurant. An order for food takes very long to be delivered and if you are a group food is delivered per person such that some will finish before the others have their food delivered.
The food part made my experience awful.

Good hotel to be in meru. Has good conference rooms for your meetings. Good rooms that are to high standards. However the restaurant service wasn't to great standards as expected as there was delays in serving and other service delivery issues that I encountered. Generally it's a good place to pay a visit while in meru.

Beautiful place. Lovely rooms with an option for all wallet sizes. Spacious restaurant and affordable beer. This iconic hotel is located at the middle of Meru town (Makutano) and is a walk away from all the heated nightlife spots.

Nice, clean and safe, pocket friendly rates. Would recommend for budget travellers. Close proximity to the road and public transport. Approximately 6 hours drive from Nairobi.

i dont know why i can not give it 5 star but is a nice hotel and restaurant for executive international class functions. Has guest houses, hotel and restaurant section. i prefer you take your stay in this hotel whenever you want to spend executive stay in meru kenya
