It's located along the Nakuru - Eldoret Highway, like 200m away from the Gate house round about. It hosts Molo line shuttles transporters, a few Barber Shops, computer shops, printers, clothes and shoes stores, about 2 college's, it also hosts a lawyer's firm. It has lift and a wheel chair's have an easy access, there are public washrooms, a lift and staircases, movie shops, the tower is filed with other many businesses.

It has a lot of business running within it so one doesnt have to walk far to get what you need.while in the 8th floor you get a very clear view of Nakuru.Plus the place has an elevator,you never get tired of going up and down😂😂😂🙈

A variety of stalls having different-industry shops.
Basement having stalls dealing in phone-repair, computer-repair, movies, stationery, barber-shops, salons, etc.
Ground floor with Photo-studio, Mololine shuttle booking office, clothes shop, eatery, architectural planners and plan printers etc.
There is no segmentation in the building, you will just find almost anything anywhere, lol.
Entrances are manned with security guards, the least is not, though.
CCTV.
Parking, a little challenging.
