friendly and warm staff well kept flower lawns and beautiful gardens but a very shallow pool though have a good gym. they also have a spa and a sauna. i prefer spending the nights while visiting Nyeri. The have exceptional food and the art displayed around the hotel is awesome.

From a conferencing perspective in Nyeri County, Green Hills Hotel is in a class of it own. Offering a variety of meeting rooms holding groups of 15 - 250 comfortably. Accommodation is available: on offer are contemporary lavish rooms with all your necessities. A lush, freshly manicured, green lawn is available for team-building sessions, weddings or even music concert. The hotels staff could be better in terms of service, but a few stick out.

I have always wanted to visit this hotel and give my feedback. Their services are at par, reception is excellent, customer care is exceptionally good. Of all places I have ever been to, Green hills has the most courteous and friendly staff. Food is great, especially fish They have a modern gym and great instructors. The swimming pool is clean, spacious and risk free. Photo taking is well considered, very beautiful place. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, highly ventilated and fit for a family who wish to unwind away from home. I highly recommend this place.

I liked the hotel's overall set up and the room. The scenic setting of the hotel is remarkable. Also enjoyed the gym and sauna. Staff were courteous. However, I experienced an unfortunate incident where I called the reception's landline four or five times without anybody picking. I had to go physically and it was raining.

Very good service - one of the best and most efficient front desks I have experienced in Kenya. Rooms are average quality, but prices are also fair. Food is good, beautiful garden, good fitness room. Overall very good value for the money.
