This is the biggest wholesale supermarket in Nakuru town. It has products on wholesale from various companies and integrates a retail supermarket section for smaller customers. Parking is a nightmare and is billed by the local council. There are several push cart handlers to assist the customers in moving their shopping to the bus park or vehicles and this makes shopping here a little bearable.

They do not stock exotic items in a big way hence shopping is mostly limited to locally manufactured goods. Their staff are friendly and willing to assist shoppers.

Very well located in the CBD. Parking area is minimal. Service is slow and unfriendly as both retail and wholesale areas share a pay point. Customer service is wanting, but prices are generally friendly.

Very popular with shoppers as it stocks a wide range of products both in retail and wholesale. The main negative with shopping at Gilanis is the long queue you have to endure at the checkout counter. The place is normally always crowded and sometimes it can be frustrating as you wait to be served.
The good thing with Gilanis however is the wide selection of goods. Shopping here is a real experience of having everything under one roof and there are always helpers to help with loading your luggage and even taking it to wherever you're to pick a vehicle within town.
Although the have provided parking for customers, the allocated space is never enough for the huge traffic.
