For a premium hotel on the shores of Lake Naivasha this family friendly hotel is highly recommended. It is only an hours drive from Nairobi and offers the benefits of the countryside, clean air and serene. The rooms are large and fully equipped and the villas are excellent for family and group stay.
Great customer service. Professionally trained staff with quality food both local and selected international dishes. Great countryside ambience. A little pricey but worth the experience.
Awesome venue, spacious, perfect for singles, couples or families. Can see wildlife. Lots of activities available like boat rides, bike rides, viewing flower gardens, museums etc. Has a pool, gym and game room. Food is excellent. It will feel like you in a different world. You can forget about the realities of life. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
No words can describe how much Enashipai blew me off my feet. The staff service is the best I have come across in Kenya in a long time. The room I had was amazing with the outside shower and great serene view. The food was great. The spa was a dream. The Lakeside is divine. I genuinely have nothing negative to say. My stay was perfect and so next time I'll make it longer and bring along my friends to see a gem in my country.
The resort is one of a kind and perfectly designed on a 50 acre piece of land. The surrounding is quite serene, service is exemplary, the staff are exceptional and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Although a little pricey for an average Joe, it is totally worth it.
Although we stayed there for one night for work trip, I enjoyed the feel of this place. It has a quiet and relaxing ambience. The food was great as well. You can ride bikes in the compound as well. The pool and the spa was closed. And maybe they need to refurbish some of the rooms.
Good service and excellent facilities. Meals enjoyable, kiddie meals-good portions.
lovely kids play area, and lots of road to ride bikes on
Lovely ambience. Food, conference facilities were great. A nice place to relax away from the hustle n bustle of town life. Located near the lake and there's lots of space to walk, ride bikes( they have bikes for hire for those who love cycling. Lots of activities for the whole family. Rooms are cosy.
Warm reception, very nice food that is of a variety and good staff ready to guide you all around. The rooms are exceptionally clean, clean towels and nice decor. It has a variety of activities for everyone, the children and the adults. The place has soo much greenery and its in a serene environment.
The hotel is located in a very serene environment in Naivasha. It is easily accessible by private or public means. The hotel staff are offer excellent service.
Very unsatisfactory service provision that was highly discriminatory especially at the pool. Never expected such a horrible experience considering it's reputation(cold food at the buffet and waterfront view with a waterfall that only turns on when they have a function). To top it all off, paid for a room charge that was fabricated when checking out then later reimbursed because I requested for a breakdown of the bill!!
What wouldn't you love about this place. The food and service is great and is ideal for both family outings and business meetings/conferences. It's also not too far from the main road.
Absolutely loved it! Efficient service, great food and relaxed atmosphere in nature. Recommended for vacations and weekends.
This place was and still is wonderful. World-class, good service, great rooms, I recommend a stay here if you want a nice getaway
We go there to swim and relax and love it. Quiet and restful but with pool and game room for young kids. Can walk down to Lake and good birding there and around the grounds. Lunch options are not that varied but it's good. Staff are helpful and do a great job!
The scenery here was breathtaking. You may not get a view of the lake from the villa, but that gives you a chance to enjoy the uniquely beautiful landscape as you walk to the lake. Make sure to check out the spa as well.
Very well run big hotel and restaurant high end. Professional curtious staff.
Very exclusive classy Resort at the shores of Lake Naivasha. Villas and hotel rooms available with a great service team. A bar with a great variety of imported spirits and wine and a Discotheque. The spa is great as well, and the pavements are well suited for evening walks.
The compound is huge and beautiful with porter services. The rooms are spacious and airy. The spa is wonderful. Good food and pleasant service. Great working spaces even in the rooms with a large shared sitting room. Most importantly,it has an African touch. Recommended for a family get away.
Relaxing lakeside resort with luxurious rooms, and a world-class spa. The only problem is the lake isn't visible from the resort.... you have to walk a few hundred meters to the lake's edge.
Enjoyed my one night stay.
Love the ambience- porter service- food- rooms are spacious and lovely.
Staff friendly and pleasant.
Definitely coming back.
Kudos.
Lovely place for a quick family weekend getaway. There's a play room for the young kids as well as a game room for the older kids and kids at heart. The rooms are clean and spacious and there's lots of activities available.
Beautiful location. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Honestly though, the rooms could use some work and air-conditioning! They charge too much to not include that in the price
We did not stay at Enashipai, but were there two or three times for lunch and have a dive in the much relaxing pool..gorgeous hotel, well maintained grounds.... friendly service....great idea for the Museum in the Hotel compound...Culture and Leisure.....i am putting a 4 star, but i guess I would be putting a 5 star after a stay at the villas and watching the hippos by the lake.. trying out the SPA...
We are currently staying at Enashipai at we have had really bad service. We have two babies, 6 and 10 month old babies.
We had to shower the babies in cold water. This was reported to reception and nothing was done. We were advised management had forgotten to switch on solar panels. We asked to speak to the duty manager, James, who was rude and did nothing to resolve the matter
We asked then to speak to the GM, who refused to speak to us on the phone (we were told this by the duty manager). I have travelled all over and never had a GM refuse to speak to his guests. James also refused to give us his number so we could contact him.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never come back!
