  I came to your facility for optical services.I was told to wait for two weeks for feedback.I was told I'd be sent an sms to go pick my spects. It's now three weeks and there is no feedback at all🙄😪.Am so dissapointed in you. 😔

  I was very disappointed at the treatment, the doctor just gave me medicine on assumptions he made instead of having proper lab tests done 1wk later i am still not better.

  Worst experience at the hospital. Doctors busy talking in the rooms but we are told they are at lunch break and its already 3pm.

  The location on the map is wrong. It is towards the roundabout at the far end of its current location to the right of the roundabout. Next to a society It is good to carry money in your mpesa as they don't accept cash payments.

  They don't deserve the one star. One hour later I'm still waiting for the incompetent optician.. Who went to lunch during working hours Bliss Nakuru gives quality services.. I'm in awe at the mess that is Bliss Thika Poor management and long waits. BLISS THIKA.. WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
