I simply love Artcaffe and their variety on their menu. But today at Westgate I got a rude shock when their garlic bread delicacy which I always take with Kenyan Tea, was served half the portion.also the garlic cloves dipped in olive oil was loudly missing. I commend the lady who was serving me, for the way she handled me, she was excellent!! But I am so disappointed with the garlic bread portion. May I kindly request for its restoration to original sizeplease.Westgate branch
But the rest of the meal was super as usual!!

All Artcaffes in Nairobi have the best music hands down. I wonder where they get their playlists from 🤔🤔🤔. Anyone know?

1) amazing ambience esp for readers either the outside deck or inside (really cozy)
2) amazing staff. Great service
3) AMAZING FOOD-never disappoints
4) not prayer area but one could easily get a spot within the mall to pray

ArtCaffe is a good cafe with selection of quality Cakes and nice coffee. Visited here during my holiday in Kenya and we enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. Place was busy but managed to get a table anyway.

Nice place, great food, great atmosphere, I like interior design, and closing time is midnight very good, there is outside sit.
but the drinks are random taste sometimes good sometimes terrible, i think all artcaffee are random taste about drinks.
But nice place.

Nice place. Poor food. Yesterday my ice cream was half soup. Today the lamb skewer contained everything that is inside a lamb except for the bones. After I sent it back the replacing ribs were violently overcooked. Have the aperitif. Then dine elsewhere

Lively, with great ambience, this is a trendy "in" restaurant in a modern, well designed and well built shopping mall. Good service, and good food, with a wide selection of wine or coffee. If you have a sweet tooth you'll be spoilt for choice here!

I was there today. Awesome customer service right from the door. Friendly and very helpful waiters- Anna . I loved their mashed potatoes, the grilled chicken was awesome.. and wow the Happy hour! Cocktails at half price, I took Classic Margarita 😜😜😜awesome awesome.

Best Artcaffe. Nice location and views of westlands. Outside sitting area is hot on a sunny day despite the parasols but perfect for the evening though once the sun is set advisable to have something warm to throw on. Great bar, great service. As with all Artcaffe establishments - happy hour from 4 - 7pm
