The only reason I did not give Dari a 5 star is because on the day i visted we experienced slow service and we waited for a while before getting our orders. The place is lovely, the ambiance is relaxing, the natural views are amazing you are basically surrounded with trees and flowers.This is the perfect place for birthdays,weddings reception , baby showers or any other event. You have to reserve your space in the case of an event. There is plenty of parking space. There is also a picnic area, which is perfect for picnics. They have a live band playing during the weekend which is relaxing. There is also a play area for kids so perfect for a family day out! Be sure to carry some warm clothes it gets a bit cold in the evening!

Went there for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Great service. The food was well done. They've got well manicured lawns and allow people to come for picnics.

Excellent service by the waiters. The food was sumptuous and the environment was so cool. It was nice go see a peacock just walking around as we had our meal. The sound of the water is so relaxing as well

Loved the ambience. Great place for lovers of the outdoors and nature-feel. VERY thoughtful and tasteful in terms of furniture, privacy and baby care. Staff was kind and welcoming. With this feel-good attitude, the food tasted good too. Maybe they could work on a better coffee/dessert menu. Can't wait to be there again.

I absolutely love the grounds. Huge. Spacious. Calm. AND they have a peacock!!!! Beautiful. Joan was extremely helpful, service with a smile. Great for any sized parties. Portion sizes are perfect and well priced. Not too expensive but not cheap either.

Dari is easily accessible from Ngong road. It has very beautiful grounds, well maintained and very clean. The service is excellent! However the food as described in the menu is totally different from what you get. The portions are very small and it's not worth what they charge. Overall nice place for an outdoor party, photo session or just an afternoon with family. The evening gets very chilly so ensure to carry something warm for the evening.

The ambiance is fantastic. There's a choice of regular indoor restaurant sitting and plenty of outdoor areas including gazebos for 2 to 10 people, complete with fireplace. Bouncing castles and kiddies entertainment are available on weekends.

The food is not bad. The menu has a variety of continental and some Oriental dishes. A few vegetarian options are available. The prices are a bit on the higher side though.

I love everything about Dari .The food is freshly prepared, takes a bit of time but worth the wait. I love the ambience and the privacy in the banda's and how they don't squeeze to accommodate more people. I wish they'd bring back the trampoline on weekdays..

Amazing beauty and ambience. Great variety of fresh juices. Food is by order and may take time but it's worth the wait. The mixture of flora is soothing. Their are friendly wild animals (impala) roaming too plus the spectacular Peacock

Perfect for a date and wedding photos! The ambiance and serene environment will leave you coming back for more. Their food is also amazing and I particularly love their Kiwi & Mango Smoothie.

Amazing ambience! Tucked away in the lush flora of Karen, Dari has one of the best atmospheres for a good family outing with amenities for the kids on board or the occasional private date. The food and service is also great.

Dari Restaurant has nice food and drinks. There is ample space outside to sit and eat while enjoying the natural environment. It is a family friendly restaurant where children would have more than enough space to play.

Dari has a beautiful garden and setting great for family settings & functions. Unfortunately their food quality is 50/50. I've visited the restaurant several times with mixed feelings each time while ordering their T-bone steak. Other items on the menu like chicken or steak on the stone are great choices. Parking can also be disappointing during peek hours.

A beautiful place. Great setting and really helpful staff. Service was ok. I wouldn't recommend "The steak stone experience" if you are a steak lover though. It was rather disappointing

Great place for family. Or for those who favour the outdoors. The grounds are absolutely mersmerising. Take a walk around the place and for those with a gardening fixation, do enjoy the large variety of flowers and plant life. However, their menu is a bit small with little variety and the food took quite a while to arrive. But the innovative way of having you partake in the preparation of your own steak was an awesome touch.
