If you love adventure, then this is the best place where kids and adults will enjoy. Be sure to go here early morning in an ordinary day because it's usually crowded on weekends and also to avoid lines not only on ticket booths but in other attractions as well. My favorite and recommended attractions are the Harry Potter and Jurassic Park which are thrilling but fun and exciting! Great theme park!!!

This is one of the places that kids and adults alike will enjoy. The flying dinosaur ride is an inverted roller coaster which I enjoyed the most even if I am scared of such rides. A number of attractions such as the Harry Potter and Jaws rides are definitely recommended. Just please come early to enjoy most of the rides since the lines get pretty long.
Hint: Try the single rider as well to maximize the park and most Japanese doesn't like riding alone.

Great theme park! We went when they had Harry Potter theme as one of its main attractions. All the staff were super friendly. If you don’t understand Japanese, you may have a difficult time understanding some of the plays and shows. The rides were great. Caution for the ones that get dizzy and nauseated like I did. If you are trying to budget time for this theme park, you can easily spend the whole day there. Go early or go late. Super busy in the afternoon.

Attended Halloween Horror Nights events here in 2015 & 2016. The timed express tickets saved time and don't require much queueing. Haunted houses we're the best! Very scary but I loved and enjoyed myself a lot. The street zombies we're amazing as well! Big place, everyone seemed to be having fun and happy. Will definitely visit here again! Best Universal Studios theme park I had ever been too.

Not as many attractions as the Florida version of the park, of which I'm used to. However they truly make up in the customer service of the workers, all the way from the janitors to the actors truly make it a wonderful experience. The food and drink prices are actually very reasonable for an America's perspective, as well as souvenirs aren't a total eye gouging amount. Park entry is about $70 which also isn't bad at all. I strongly recommend going here!

A pretty good experience, and one that we weren't going to miss while out here. However it is very expensive, and not any cheaper even though one of their biggest rides was out of action. They don't really tell you they until you're already inside the park, either Food was nice, but again pricy. I would recommend bringing something with you to offset the cost. The place is fun, but mostly it's 4d movie type rides, only a couple of roller coasters. Queue times can be long too, a couple of hours for some.

Very nice place. I enjoyed every second of it. The only problem is that if you got the normal ticket you will have to wait more than 2 hours to enter each game which is crazy. On the other hand, if you got the fast pass ticket you will get to your games in a minutes but the ticket is insanely expensive.

Harry potter area and Jurassic park is pretty cool but altogether the park is not really worth the visit if you don't speak Japanese. Many rides - like the Terminator attraction - leave you standing around for 20 minutes while some story is played with no subtitles whatsoever. And of course the more you pay the more lines you can skip. This however only seems relevant on two or three rides, for all others waiting time was below one hour on a Friday.

Horrible experience. Waiting in line for more than 3 hours for the Harry Potter and Forbidden Journey ride? The sign outside the ride said the wait was 120 minutes. Within the first hour of waiting everything was going smooth until they announced that there was some sort of malfunction or incident which caused the line to come to a halt and sit down in line for about 50 minutes. *Oh yeah, if you're going to announce something, please provide a translation.
After that, the line started moving again. Then it came to another halt. No announcements or employees saying anything. Stood there for ANOTHER extra hour. The wait was so bad that people from the line were walking all the way to the front to see what the heck was going on. It turns out the employees were letting in all of the people with express tickets in. NO ONE from our line was allowed to go. They just told the people in the front to wait. Now keep in mind people with express tickets were literally just coming from outside and walking through the locker rooms to put their belongings for the ride. Their wait seemed about a good 5-10 minutes with how fast their line was moving because the employees were letting them all in.
I understand that it's an express ticket line and people with express tickets get there faster, but that DOES NOT mean you exclude, ignore, and not allow anyone from our line to move on. We've been all waiting for 3 1/2 hours and some of us even longer.
At one point I had enough of this and walked all the way to the front and confronted a worker. I asked him why the hell were none of us moving and they were? His answer was "because they have express tickets". I said I don't care what they have, why are none of us not freaking moving? His answer was, "please wait". I was so pissed off. After I said something I noticed a family and other Japanese girls saying something too. Never again. This is horrible customer service.

7000 yen for waiting? Good deal! Some of the attractions had 4h queues and it was Thursday!! Of course, they give you the option to skip the lines by buying a fast pass but prepare your wallet to pay 15,000 yen more! It's totally crowded, even had to wait for buying popcorn. Do yourself a favor and spend the day visiting Osaka.
