食べ物を扱う事。食事の時間を過ごす場所である事。飲食店は安心できる事が美味しい事と並んで重要だと思います。まず清潔感があります。次に接遇が明るく朗らかです。それはホールから厨房のスタッフまで統一されています。紙おしぼり〜カウンターの作りまで目を配っている事も伝わります。楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

A new way eating soba with creamy chicken broth. It's very nice especially in winter. But the broth was getting fatty when it's cool down. Definitely worth a visit!

Didn't know what to expect since it was my absolute first time to try '鳥つけ麺'Got stunned by their rich, creamy chicken soup with smoked pork, which was as flavorful as any decent Iberico. 2 👍🏻s ⬆️

The tsukemen is beyond anything of this realm. Just eat it. Don't think, just slurp the frothy goodness. And the employees are nice, and not just for the sake of it.

肥後橋にあるオシャレなラーメン店『鶏 soba 座銀』。鶏白湯スープは鶏の旨味が凝縮されていてとても濃厚。 麺は太めで少し縮れてます。トッピングされている鶏チャーシュー、メンマ、シャキシャキの水菜、玉ねぎ、そして香ばしく揚げられている牛蒡。 麺とスープにとても合います。店内カウンターのみ。雰囲気もオシャレで三味線のBGMが流れてます。鶏soba 800円
