にぼし吟醸clearを大盛り、燻製玉子付きで頂きました。雑味無く濃い煮干しのスープ。細麺との相性もいい感じ。鶏チャーシューに巻き込まれた粗挽き胡椒が全体を引き立てます。

The service is excellent as they have a classy restaurant, but old school type of machine to order from. Soba was flavorful and artistic! The karaage chicken with salt was a perfect accompaniment.

The broth is so rich that’ll it’ll start congealing as it cools - but they’ll heat it up for you to keep dipping noodles!

이 근방에서는 상당히 괜찮은 곳입니다. 이치란 보다는 이런 곳에서 드셔 보세요. 크리미한 국물이 맛있습니다. 종업원도 매우 친절했습니다.
