らーめんmacro(厚・厚) 864円。特選こだわり煮玉子 54円。全粒粉入りの太ストレート麺。あさりやしじみの旨味あふれる貝だしに、淡口醤油を合わせたあっさりスープ。繊細な味のスープからは想像もつかない荒ぶりようの焼豚。超極厚だが、極限まで柔らかく仕上げられている。しっとりとした濃厚な黄身の煮玉子、極太のメンマ、大きめに刻まれたネギ。味・ボリュームともに文句なし。高いレーティングも納得の一杯。

English menu is available. Point to macro, thick pork and thin shoots, and you're all set! Queued 1h on a weekday night at 9pm, but it was absolutely worth it.

ラーメンmicroは醤油がガツンとくるパンチの効いたラーメンです。チャーシューが肉厚で美味。豚丼もあるけどライスだけでも十分満足の一杯でした。ちなみに日曜に並びましたが2時間近く並ぶのは覚悟しましょう。

Go for macro and be amazed. The flavors of the entire sea is captured within that small bowl of soup. Really impressive and unforgettable. That 90 mins of wait was really the best decision made ever.

味、接客とも、文句なし！元味を食したが、出汁のバランスが絶妙。チャーシューとメンマの厚さが選べます。とても気持ちよく食事できました！ほかのふた味も試してみたいです。

今日も午前中に外出したので、お昼は丁度近くに人気店が。（笑）『人類みな麺類』という変わった名前のお店。ラーメンMacroと豚丼で満腹。さて、事務所へ戻ろう。

激戦区西中島にあるいつもミスチルのPVがかかっているラーメン店。天井が高くゆったりリラックス出来る店内はラーメン屋さんには思えません。11時30分の開店前から長蛇の列ですが、並んでも食べる価値ありです。
