I don't often give bad reviews but I can't in good faith recommend this place, the bed was hard, the sheets were thin and the walls were thinner, I could hear the couple next door like they were in bed with me

This is a very cheap and basic no-frills Japanese business hotel. Quite typical accommodation for its type. Cheap as it comes especially in this location. It really is very very very basic and located in a bit of a backstreet almost red light area with love hotels and a sexy girls club directly across the street from its onsite buffalo wings themed restaurant (which i did not try). But this is still Japan and you will be perfectly safe whether day or night, even a lady alone like me. 10 mins as the crow flies from the enormous complex of train stations in Umeda but because of the complicated Osaka road system, in reality you're gonna take at least 20 to 25 mins to get there or onto a train platform. Staff disinterested but maybe they just assumed I would not understand so didn't try communicating (not rare in Osaka). I stayed here due to low price and lack of other options and found it tolerable. Probably better places, but I can tell you for sure there are much much worse places at 3x the price as well.

Small Rooms but enough space to move around. Affordable and convieant location. Also new Western Resturant on Site!

Not appropriate for families. A bit far from the train station but there are Subway around and the deluxe double room was really clean, nice and satisfaying.

The room is not big enough and the bathroom is also small. The most important thing is that the air conditioner is almost broken so it makes the air quality bad.

離車站都差不多1公里，晚上附近會有無料案內所的人再拉客，牆壁隔音差，聽得到開關門的聲音和馬桶沖水聲，如果有更便宜的旅館我會選別家

フロント対応などは問題無いと思いますが、まず部屋の汚さ。壁紙や浴室はカビで色が変わっていたり、シャワーカーテンを使用するのに引いたら誰のかも分からない髪の毛とカビ。狭い浴室でカーテンが身体に当たるのが気持ち悪いレベル。
清掃員は昼夜問わず廊下でベラベラ喋り、思わず扉を開いて確認したほど。
極めつけはチェックアウトで廊下に出た際に各部屋の扉横に無造作に置いてある浴衣やタオル(未使用)。清掃後にセットする用だと思いますがバスタオルが客が土足で歩く床に直接置いてあり驚きました。
値段が安いから･･･と許せる口コミも拝見しますが、毎月のように福岡・大阪・東京・の同額レベルのホテルを利用しますが初めてです。値段で許せるレベルでは無いと思いました。
立地やフロント対応などせっかく良い部分があるのに、清掃スタッフの教育をされたほうが良いと思います。response / report this review -
