文句付け様がない位素晴らしい旅館です。
虫の死骸云々よく書かれてるけど、部屋は清潔そのもので
キレイに手入れされていました。
建物は確かに古いけど、それはそれで味があるので私は好きです。

I wanted a more authentic experience that includes good meal option and they didn't disappoint. There's seven major hot spring inn in this town that was recommended by the travel site and out of it only three seems to fit into my criteria, while the other are either too small or their meal option isn't that great. While some reviewers stated mix guest service in their review, I believe there are element of cultural crash here given this is a traditional hot spring inn so please do your research on what to do and what not to do so you have a better sense of what that offer. Aside from slight communication issue, overall I have great guest service.

良かったところ
・他の旅館と比べて駅から近い
悪かったところ
・従業員、主にフロントの一部の態度が悪い
・源泉掛け流し？循環かつしょぼい
・料理は普通
・布団に虫の固まったのがこびりついてたり等
いかにも洗ってないし、シワだらけでアイロンかけてない、不潔
・3月に行って、掛け布団一枚で毛布など無し
暖房も効かないし凄く寒かった
・こちらがなにか注文すると、むすっとした感じで対応する
・敬語が丁寧語しか使わない
ここまで酷い旅館は初めてです、タダでもいかないとは納得の評価
他の評価サイトではこのように具体的に書くと消されるのでこちらに投稿しました
二度と行きませんし、このプランで出した会社とも今後契約はしないレベルですresponse / report this review -

場所が分からなかったので電話をすると、なんとまあ無愛想なこと
取り敢えずキャンセルせずに行ってやったが 労いの言葉もなく 部屋への案内の途中で勧められた汚い浴衣を断ると逆ギレ
茶碗は汚い、部屋の壁にはシミ、布団を敷いてホコリが舞った中でデザートを持ってくるはで最悪でした。

従業員はそれなりのおもてなしをしているつもりなんだろうけど、ちょっと旧時代的で、人によっては横柄に感じることもあるだろう
お湯はHPに「源泉掛け流し」とあったが、真っ赤な嘘。フツーの循環式。宿の成分分析表にしっかりと書いてあった。そういう意味でもネット社会に順応できない旧時代的な宿でもあるresponse / report this review -

The place is nice and authentic but the rooms smell a bit of stale smoke and the staff is not very friendly or helpful. The location is nice and quiet and they have a beautiful onsen on one side (they switch male and female sides every day)
The traditional Japanese breakfast was amazing and they took care of allergic and dietary needs.
Great place but the staff's rudeness ruined it a bit.response / report this review
