Super great hotel in kinosakionsen. There is Nasmi Its her name who took care of our family in thr. She was very kind and nice. Her big smile made me happy. l will be thr if l go to onsen again.

The private onsen is amazing. Go for the Japanese one as it has a private Rock sauna. Well worth the money.

Shogetsutei is the sister hotel of Nishimuraya Honten Ryokan and is located a little further out from the center of Kinosaki onsen. There are regular hotel buses available and only takes twenty minutes by walk into the town so the location is not a problem at all. The newer Ryokan is spacious with a beautiful waterfall view from the lobby, great onsen and delicious crab-centric kaiseki cuisine. The breakfast buffet has an array of Japanese and western dishes as well. Yukatas and geta sandals are available for you to wear and explore the other public hot springs located throughout the onsen town. You will definitely feel refreshed and relaxed after your stay.

This is a high end onsen hotel full bells n whistles and high quality foodYou have options for seasonal food example during winter..U can have snow crab combo with tajima beefThe tajima beef by itself is top gun.Place is not cheapExpect to pay over 1000 Aussie per night which includedd breakfast n dinner

This is awesome. The private spa was beautiful. We loved the hot stone and spring. Dinner was fantastic we couldn't ask for more Great variety of brekkie and the public pools were clean and relaxing!!!

Only tried the public bath here as I'm staying in the sister hotel (nishimuraya honkan). The rotenburo (open air bath) offers spectacular views!
